Sterling Student Housing

Through Barrow Heath Incorporated, H\FW Capital Partners, L.P. invested in over 50 student housing projects nationwide. The Dinnerstein Companies served as the Managing and General Partner of the projects.

Resaca Village

H\FW Capital Partners, LP is the largest limited partner in this 174,400 square foot power center, located in Brownsville, Texas.

First Texas BHC, Inc. (Southwest Bank)

With over $1 Billion in assest, Southwest Bank operates 13 Banking Centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. It is the largest, locally owned, independent commercial bank in Tarrant County.

H\FW Capital Partners, L.P. is a limited partner of Glenwood Energy Partners, Ltd. Glenwood is an energy investment partnership that focuses on electricity trading, structured energy transactions, carbon and emissions brokering and project development.

Silver Spike Energy Partners, LLC

H\FW Capital Partners, LP and its principals are limited partners of Silver Spike Energy Partners, LLC (“Silver Spike”). Silver Spike operates oil and gas wells in the Permian and Ardmore-Marietta Basin of Texas. The company is also engaged in leasing and purchasing mineral interests, overriding royalty interests and non-operated working interests in other wells.

Rawson Partners, Ltd.

H\FW invested in Rawson Partners Ltd., a private equity vehicle and affiliate of Luther King Capital Management, Inc., which acquired Rawson Inc. Rawson Inc. is a manufacturers' stocking representative serving the instrumentation, valve and control product needs of the Southern United States and Mexico. Rawson provides sales, service and inventory from offices that are strategically located to meet the special needs of customers. Rawson was sold to the Eriks Company in 2012.

LKCM Radio Group, LP.

H\FW invested in LKCM Radio Group, LP, a private equity vehicle and affiliate of Luther King Capital Management, Inc., which acquired the radio station KFWR (“95.9FM The Ranch”). KFWR transmits on 95.9 FM in the Fort Worth/Dallas metroplex, and its Texas country format can also be heard on KRVF 106.9 FM in Corsicana, Texas and KVRA-FM 107.1 in Sulphur Springs, Texas and surrounding areas.
