Connecting Through Partnerships

Our mission is to invest in opportunities that offer the potential for exceptional long-term capital gains combined with current and distributable cash flow. With regard to real estate investments, we target value-add properties in areas that are poised for significant growth. Targeted acquisitions typically range from $1 million to $10 million. Investments in non-real estate opportunities are made based upon several factors:

  • Strong management with a track record of success in their industry
  • Significant opportunity for growth
  • Potential for significant long-term capital gains
  • Five to seven year exit strategy
